Ukraine and separatist forces have agreed to a peace plan. It includes a demilitarized zone and an end to the fighting. Kiev and pro-Russia separatists completed a prisoner exchange this month as part of a cease-fire agreement.

Another exchange is expected in the coming week but Ukraine soldiers, who aren’t slated for release, are on what amounts to “public display.” CCTV America’s Stephanie Freid reports from Eastern Ukraine.
