Hillary Clinton’s health becomes political issue on campaign trail

On Sunday, when U.S. Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, was about to enter a vehicle after a Sept. 11 ceremony in New York City, she hesitated, crumpled and then leaned on her aides who helped her into the van.

Clinton’s campaign told reporters she was “overheated”, only to later release a doctor’s note, which said she had been diagnosed with pneumonia two days earlier.

CCTV America’s Jessica Stone reports.

In a statement, Clinton’s doctor said: “She was put on antibiotics and advised to rest and modify her schedule.”

When Clinton had this coughing fit on the campaign trail in Ohio just over a week ago, her opponent, Donald Trump, questioned whether she was healthy enough to be president.
