The Syrian army is still trying to advance into the Islamic State controlled province of Arraqqa. CCTV's Alaa Ebrahim gave us an exclusive report.

The Islamic State’s headquarter is a room buried under the ground so it can be undetectable by the air force or reconnaissance of the Syrian army. This headquarter is said to contain sex slave who were taken from Iraq and brought here to Syria for “the entertainment” of ISIL militants.

The Syrian army is using advanced technology trying to enhance the precision of air raids. They explain that the vast areas of the desert have often played in favor of ISIL.

“Once we engage them at close range it is no problem but before they send suicide attacks and car bombs our way ,” said Ebrahim Jableh, officer in the Syrian army.
