Dr. Seema Yasmin discusses Zika virus and Rio 2016 Olympics

World Health Organization experts said on Tuesday that there is a “very low risk” of spreading the Zika virus around the world during the Olympic Games in Brazil.

Despite WHO’s reassurances, the Zika fear has spread to top notch athletes who are now considering skipping the sporting event all together.

U.S. athletes from various sports are opting out – goalkeeper Hope Solo, basketball stars Stephen Curry, Russell Westbrook and James Harden have all pulled out of the competition.
