Experts say terror groups like ISIL recruit by exploiting economic hardships in parts of Africa.

That’s the case along Tunisia’s border with Algeria.

Just months ago riots broke out in the town of Kasserine sparking a nationwide curfew.

Young people there say they are desperate for work and think their only choice is to join a militant group.
