CEO Howard Schultz on Starbucks’ expansion in China

Foreign direct investment to China grew at a slower rate in 2015, but there was a rapid change in the investment mix. Service investments are far outpacing that of manufacturing.

In support of that, the world’s biggest coffee chain, Starbucks, is perking up its China expansion with 500 new stores planned per year.

CCTV’s Cheng Lei spoke with Starbucks’ CEO Howard Schultz and asked him why he wasn’t worried about the slowdown.
