It’s called Implementation Day. It’s the moment when the West decides Iran has complied with commitments on pacifying its nuclear program.

That means Iran can officially reopen for business with countries who had imposed years of trade sanctions, but many European countries aren’t waiting for the start date.

There’s concern they’re getting a competitive edge over the U.S.
