Shenzhen landslide survivor remembers ordeal

Tian Zeming is the only survivor, so far, who’s been pulled out of the Shenzhen rubble in China near Hong Kong after a massive landslide hit an industrial area there days ago.

Buried for over 67 hours, his survival is a miracle.

CCTV’s Zhao Yunjie reports.

China says the Shenzhen landslide was a man-made disaster. The investigation team under the State Council says it was caused by a construction-waste slide.

It has taken around 5,000 rescuers on the scene to get the job done. So far, they’ve only been able to rescue one survivor and recover four bodies.
