Jobs and recruiting marketplace company Glassdoor has unveiled its annual best places to work. In the report, the tech sector is proving to be a very happy place to be.

Glassdoor poured over more than 1.6 million reviews submitted by anonymous employees to determine its top 50 Best places to work in the United States and parts of Europe.

On the large companies list, tech companies took 21 of those spots, including a new No. 1 ranked company, Airbnb, the website that allows people to rent accommodations from hosts around the world.

Airbnb replaced last year’s winner Google, which dropped to number eight as some reviews indicated uncertainty over the new Alphabet parent company structure.

Facebook rose from No. 13 to No. 5.

Other common themes among the top companies included employees feeling valued and the opportunity for advancement.

Glassdoor also says even during tough economic times, the tech industry has found innovative ways to keep raising and spending money in order to attract the best talent in a highly competitive market.
