A pesticide is being blamed for sickening thousands of workers in the Central American country of Nicaragua.

The workers have long claimed to become sterile after exposure. And they are fighting to receive monetary compensation for their suffering.

CCTV America Correspondent Grace Gonzalez travels to Chinandega in Nicaragua and meets the families that say they have been affected by the pesticide.
