Spirit of Liulaozhuang Company: Fighting to the end

During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, millions of Chinese soldiers sacrificed their lives in 1943. Among them were 82 brave members of Liulaozhuang Company.

The battle happened 72 years ago and put the small village of Liulaozhuang, in Huai’an, Jiangsu province, into the history books.

CCTV’s reporter Xia Ruixue went to find out more and filed this report from Luoyang, in central China’s Henan province.
