Spain to back financial aid for Greece, but calls for reforms

Spain’s Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy told the Greek government to be responsible. As part of the euro package, Spain will loan Greece ten billion more euros ($10.95 billion), although Spain’s Parliament has yet to approve the deal.
