China is getting serious about climate change. The world’s largest emitter of greenhouse gases gave details of its carbon-cutting plan last week. China aims to cut its C02 emissions by 60 to 65 percent per unit of GDP by 2030. Beijing also hopes to boost green energy by promoting wind and solar power.
