Nearly a year after Brazil hosted the World Cup, the most visible legacy, the 12 state-of-the art stadiums built or refurbished for the tournament. They’re proving too costly to maintain and after the tournament many serve no purpose. CCTV America’s Lucrecia Franco filed this report from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
