France worries their climate summit will be a bust

It’s arguably the most important climate change summit ever. A chance to forge a legally-binding deal to curb industrial emissions and stop the planet from overheating according to some. But less than half the 196 participants have submitted their plans for the November meeting. And France, the host, is worried it’s won’t go well. CCTV America’s Owen Fairclough filed this report from Washington
