Some of Wall Street and Washington, D.C.’s most powerful players are putting their weight behind a potentially game changing business deal as part of the U.S. China Investment Dialogue.

Corporate executives have been calling for a bilateral investment treaty between the world’s two largest economies. Dozens of CEOs, government officials and academics from around the U.S. gathered in New York for a conversation about how to move a wide ranging agreement forward in the group’s second big meeting in the past year.

Goldman, former Treasury secretary Henry Paulson, and the U.S. China Business Council hosted a similar meeting in Beijing last summer. This latest round of talks took place at the Goldman Sachs headquarters, led by the firm’s CEO Lloyd Blankfein.

CCTV America’s Phillip Yin interviewed Lloyd Blankfein on the U.S. China Investment Dialogue and the future of these economies.
