Hamas executes Palestinians accused of collaborating with Israel

World Today

One day after Israeli air strikes killed three Hamas commanders, masked gunmen executed as many as 18 Palestinians accused of collaborating with Israel.

The accused were killed in front of worshippers leaving a mosque in Palestine Square. They were the first executions to take place there since the 1990s.

In a separate incident, a Hamas security official said another 11 accused collaborators were shot dead at an abandoned police station.

The civilian death toll in Gaza continues to rise. Several Palestinian youths were killed by an Israeli missile that hit a refugee camp, and in an air-raid on central Gaza.

CCTV’s Noor Harazeen reports.
