Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki said he would refuse to use force to stay in power and is stepping down for the good of the country.

Senior lawmakers say al-Maliki agreed to endorse Haider al-Abadi as the next prime minister during a Dawa party meeting just ahead of the announcement. CCTV America’s White House Correspondent, Jessica Stone reports.
